where to order 1. Order online – The oney online store allows you to design and purchase an oney bag while in the privacy of your home. After you are satisfied with your design selections made in the dropdown windows available at each bag style, proceed to checkout, where you will actually purchase your oney bag. After your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please contact us at customerservice@oneybags.com if you do not receive this confirmation. 2. Order by phone – After looking at the web site, you may be more comfortable placing your order by phone. Call 630.355.5620 and we'll gladly take your order and answer any questions. If our customer service representative is unavailable, please leave a message with your name, phone number and a suggested time to reach you, and we'll return your call as soon as possible. 3. Order at an oney party – Host an oney party and not only will you and your guests see lots of bags and fabrics, you will be eligible for a discount, a gift, and other bonuses. Click on parties for more details. 4. Order in person – Oney bags and fabrics are also shown by appointment in our home–studio in Naperville, IL.
